How We Use ME Matchmaking for Nurturing Existing Customers While Seeking New Ones

How is your sales and marketing team structured? How have you integrated the two functions?

We are a relatively small company in Finland. We have 120 people here, with four people in sales, including me and three others, and then we have one marketing manager. Our marketing largely occurs in these 1-to-1 meetings that Management Events provides. The marketing team supports us in digital marketing and on LinkedIn, but the sales team mainly does the groundwork for traditional marketing.

This collaboration with Management Events works exceptionally well for us. We don't have time for cold calling; we buy this service. Management Events serves as an extension of our marketing efforts, making it very effective.
