Setup Your Own Lounge in Our Networking Area
The seating area will consist of a couch, two chairs, a table, and a screen for your use. The catering will be provided and includes coffee, tea, soft drinks, fruit, and small bites. These items can be branded as well.

Select Your Round Table Participants
Select 35 names from the event attendee list you would like to join your round table, out of which we guarantee minimum 7 participants. We will take care of setting up the group. The round table itself will be held in a dedicated area / your lounge, before the program starts, while standing lunch is being served. You will receive the list of the sign-ups 1-2 weeks prior; the list can be subject to last minute changes.
