Industrial Manufacturing in Europe Zeroes In on Customer

Improving customer experience has risen in importance for the largest industrial manufacturing organizations in Europe. According to the Management Events recent survey, 56% of the decision makers quizzed are investing in customer-oriented product and service development.
35% will invest in customer relationship management solutions. Customer service is also a reason to invest in the internet of things for 26% of organizations polled.
