The Fredman Group Wins Customer Experience Project of the Year

The 2016 Customer Experience Project of the Year Award went to the Fredman Group, besting another worthy project by Santander. On hand to receive the award was Susanna Paloheimo, Director of Customer Experience and Brand.

The Fredman Group won for having transformed their company from a very traditional mid-sized production-oriented organization into a service and brand-oriented company with a strong customer experience focus.

Management Events’ Project of the Year Award is an annual recognition of a successfully executed idea that has greatly contributed to a company’s growth and development. The nominees and winner are chosen by the 600Minutes IT Management, Finland, event participants.
