FAQ for Solution Providers
I just read that the event is being postponed, what is going to happen now?
The event will be organized as planned, but on a new date. You don’t need to worry about your participation, as a service provider your participation in the event remains unchanged.
I have not yet received information about the new date of the event, how should I proceed?
We have made the decision to postpone the majority of our spring season events because we are prioritizing the safety and health of our attendees. Some of the events have already received a new date later this year, and some of our events are currently being rescheduled. Follow this page for live updates on event status.
All solution providers will receive event-specific information on the new dates as soon as possible. Our team will help you prepare for the event.
Will my contract with Management Events remain valid for the new date?
Yes, all already-agreed contracts remain valid for the new event date in line with our general terms and conditions.
How you will invoice our participation now that the event dates are postponed?
We will invoice your participation six months prior to the event date as per our general terms and conditions, with a note on event postponement in our invoices.
Most of the event postponements are less than six months, which means that the invoicing will be a timely issue and will be handled in line with our normal practice.
How can I get more information?
All attendees and solution providers will receive event-specific information on the new dates and how we operate further. If you have not yet been contacted, we recommend waiting for a little while. We thank you for your patience.

What safety precautions will be taken at the next events?
We are actively following recommended health and safety measures, in line with guidelines from WHO and local authorities. New measures may be planned and implemented accordingly.
