CHANGE CHANNEL
Environmental and sustainability awareness has long been a trend in e-commerce. The demand for carbon-neutral products and services is increasing while the expectations of fast delivery and cost competitiveness are becoming more and more crucial to stay ahead of the curve. In this interactive panel, our experts will once and for all tackle the intention vs action gap amongst today's consumers and cover: - Consumer decision-making process: Effectively incentivizing and prioritizing sustainable behavior - The sound of silence: Communicating sustainable branding without greenwashing - The power of nudging: A tool to transform the words of our customers into action

Cookie Consent: Personalizing Content While Staying Compliant in 2022

But the way we use cookies and Google ad-tracking tools could change dramatically with Google's efforts to phase out the third-party cookie on Chrome browsers by 2022. In this opinion outpost, you will, through multiple-choice questions, take a stance on the most pressing challenges today and, together with your peers, share your expertise and insights on the way to the next generation of communication: • What will this change in ad-tracking mean for e-commerce brands? • From ROAS to ROI: How will we measure and follow up on our marketing offline and online? • Privacy vs Personalization: Where do we draw the line? Customers expect faster deliveries. From small e-commerce companies to global logistics giants, companies need to adapt to meet these expectations. But how does it work in practice when the logistics of it is not quite as simple? In this opinion outpost, you will, through multiple-choice questions, take a stance on the most pressing challenges today and, together with your peers, share your expertise and insights on the way to the next generation of delivery: • How can we work around the delivery expectations while maintaining the happiness of our customers? • What can you do to effectively reduce the risk of returns? • Who is responsible for the increasing pressure, which came first: The demand from our customers or the drive to stay ahead of the competition through the offer of next-day delivery?
