Petter Kapstad was responsible for building up Equinor’s Enterprise Risk Management, which he headed for 14 years. At that time Equinor's ERM included insurance, credit, operational risk, strategic risks, and market risks. He had 18 years experience from the trading environment in commercial banks prior to joining Equinor and has been advisor to several international companies, boards and board members in building their ERM. He is regularly giving lessons at BI and Lund University, he is also one of the 4 authors to IIA's Good Practice Guidelines for the Enterprise Risk Management Function, and has together with Håkan Jankensgård published the book Empowered Enterprise Risk Management Theory and Practice.

Pål Molander is a widely used keynote speaker in the field of occupational health in Norway and have given speeches at NHO's annual conferences in 2018 and 2021. He has been appointed to several councils, committees, and commissions in the field of working environment in Norway and internationally and has led the expert group appointed by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs which reviewed the status of and proposed future models for the future occupational health service. As director of STAMI, Pål is a board member of the European network organization Partnership on European Research on Occupational Safety and Health and is one of the Norwegian representatives in the Working Environment Committee under the Nordic Council of Ministers.
