1. About Our Service

We are organizing both individual events and an exclusive business network that allows top decision-makers from Europe to access inspiring virtual content, live and virtual networking events with peers, and prebooked 1-to-1 meetings with solution providers related to the challenges and investment needs.

2. About the Executive Business Network of Aurora Live

As part of your membership, you attend 3-6 meetings à 15 minutes with our solution providers every quarter. These are done in 2-hour slots of your choosing, and the rest of the year you have access to all our available content either live or virtual. All content and program in the network are complimentary once you conduct your pre-booked 1-to-1 meetings.

2.1 Aurora Live – Terms & Conditions

After signing up, you will receive a confirmation by email, and set up an introduction call with a representative from the Aurora Live Business Network. In the welcome call, we will create your Aurora Live Member profile, set up your time for 1-to-1 meetings with solution providers, and find relevant content for you to attend.

Please note that your registration to 1-to-1 meeting times and physical gatherings is binding. If you are unable to attend your pre-booked meetings with our solution partners, we will move them to a new date of your choosing.

If you want to cancel the meetings and unsubscribe to the executive network and it’s within 4 weeks of the selected meeting day, we will ask you to nominate an appropriate colleague of the same level to attend the meetings.

Unsubscribing from the Management Events’ Exclusive Business Network must be done in writing to your Management Events contact person, or auroralive(at)managementevents.com.

3. About the Live Event Platform: Mobile Service

Mobile Service is Management Events propriety mobile platform for matching Solution Providers and participants. As an event attendee, Aurora Live network member, or solution provider representative, you will receive a link to create your own password and log in to create, update or check your ME profile, as well as follow the matching process live.

3.1 ME Profile

Your profile is visible to Solution Partners and used to facilitate networking with peer groups based on industry or position. Management Events uses the profile to find and offer you the most relevant content from us, and organize your networking meetings with potential partners, and peer groups based on industry or position.

Management Events reserves the right to use this data in anonymized and aggregated form to create reports of interest and investment trends and group profiles of the event attendees. These reports are used for insights sharing with the club members, marketing, and other use.

3.2 Networking at events live or virtual; with the Mobile Service

To facilitate networking at the live event or in the virtual event portal, you as an event attendee agree that Management Events may provide your personal information (your first name, last name, title, and company name) to the other participants at the event, both to other participants and Solution Providers.

3.3 Pre-booked 1-to-1 meetings with Solution Partners

To be able to facilitate pre-booked 1-to-1 networking both inside and outside of our virtual solutions, you as a participant agree that Management Events may provide your certain contact information (your first name, last name, company, title, switchboard number of Company HQ and email) to Solution Partners with whom you have accepted meetings. Any data shared with Solution Partners at the event is governed by the Solution Partners’ own Privacy Policy.

4. About the Virtual Event Platform: Invite People

Invite People is a 3rd party virtual event platform used to facilitate 1-to-1 meetings, presentations, group discussions, and networking. As an event attendee, Aurora Live network member, or solution provider representative, you will receive a link to create your own password and log in to join the meetings and watch the sessions.

All presentations, including Q&A questions, will be recorded and made available for a limited time, and accessible by all event participants at the event.

Video calls between participants, pre-booked 1-to-1 video meetings, and break-out sessions will NOT be recorded or made available afterwards.

4.1 Networking at events live or virtual, with the Invite People

To facilitate networking in the event portal, you as an event attendee, Aurora Live network member, or solution provider representative agree that your personal information (your first name, last name, title, company name, function title, industry, and country of location) is visible to the other event attendees, Aurora Live members and solution provider representatives.

4.2 Pre-booked 1-to-1 meetings with Solution Partners

To be able to facilitate pre-booked 1-to-1 networking both inside and outside of our virtual solutions, you as a participant agree that Management Events may provide your certain contact information (your first name, last name, company, title, switchboard number of Company HQ and email) to Solution Partners with whom you have accepted meetings. Any data shared with Solution Partners at the event is governed by the Solution Partners’ own Privacy Policy.

All use of InvitePeople is covered by InvitePeople’s Terms and Conditions.

4.3 SMS Event Reminders

As a member of Aurora Live, you provide your express consent to receive SMS messages from us pertaining to your membership and our program offerings. Should you wish to discontinue receiving these messages, you have the option to opt out at any given time.

As a member of Aurora Live, you provide your express consent allowing us to send you SMS messages in relation to your membership.

5. About Virtual Event Arrangement

You can register as a delegate to the event on our website by completing the invited delegate registration form (including, by providing the requested information). After your registration, we will send you additional information prior to the event of the Solution Partners and instructions for meetings between Solution Partners and you.

We will start planning practical arrangements immediately in order to make sure your participation will be as successful as possible. From 7 weeks prior to the event, we start compiling discussion groups as well as confirming meetings between Solution Partners and delegates.

5.1 Event: Terms & Conditions

Please note that your registration to the event is binding, and inform us immediately if you must cancel your participation. If you cancel within 7 weeks before the starting date of the event, we will ask you to nominate an appropriate colleague of the same level to attend the event as a replacement. Thus, all arrangements can be transferred to the new delegate. If this is not possible, we ask you to take the 1-to-1 meetings with our Solution Providers the week before the event or the day after the event.

5.2 Pre-booked 1-to-1 meetings with Solution Providers

To be able to facilitate pre-booked 1-to-1 networking both inside and outside of our virtual solutions, you as a participant agree that Management Events may provide your certain contact information (your first name, last name, company, title, switchboard number of Company HQ and email) to Solution Providers with whom you have accepted meetings. Any data shared with Solution Providers at the event is governed by the Solution Partners’ own Privacy Policy.

Canceling your attendance at Management Events must be done in writing to your Management Events contact person, or contract(at)managementevents.com.

6. Data Protection

Processing of your personal data is governed by Management Events’ Privacy Policy. Management Events may provide your certain contact information to other Delegates of the event for the purposes of facilitating Delegate networking, as set out as above; however, without prejudice to the above, any data that is stored by Management Events is treated as confidential and is generally not available to the public. Any data shared with Solution Providers at the event is governed by the Solution Providers’ own Privacy Policy.
