Dutch chemicals companies are seeking competitiveness through new technologies and restructuring, according to the Management Events report. 7 in 10 executives surveyed recognized the need for change management in production organization, preferably within the next 18 months. 2 in 3 put their trust in digitization and automation to improve process efficiency.
There is room for improvement at both ends of the corporate ladder. 3 in 4 executives seek to use data more efficiently in order to make better decisions.Half of the respondents also wish to increase employee productivity.
50% of companies quizzed have revenues in excess of 10 billion euros. 51% have more than 10,000 people on the payroll.
