The Fredman Group wins Customer Experience Project of the Year at the 600Minutes IT Management, Finland, 7th of September 2016.

The 2016 Customer Experience Project of the Year Award went to the Fredman Group, besting another worthy project by Santander. On hand to receive the award was Susanna Paloheimo, Director of Customer Experience and Brand.

The Fredman Group won for having transformed their company from a very traditional mid-sized production-oriented organization into a service and brand-oriented company with a strong customer experience focus.
