According to a Management Events report, 61% of the largest machinery organizations in Finland say they are commercializing new product and service ideas. Nearly as many are creating also wholly new digital products and services.
39% of the industry decision-makers quizzed aim for aggressive growth, and only 18% dare not hope for any growth at all. Organizations see the growth coming mainly from selling the new products and services in their existing markets (44%).
In keeping with the high spirits, 45% of organizations included say they are hiring within the next 18 months.
