Bring Your Own In-Flight Entertainment System

Make sure to bring enough materials to keep you occupied on the plane. Don’t forget to find out what enjoyable activities you can try in the city you’re travelling to. Find a Home Away from Home

This might sound strange, but because I travel a lot, I like staying at the same places I’ve stayed at before. Once I find a hotel that I really like, for example, I tend to go back there for a bit of a “home away from home” feeling. After repeatedly staying at the same place for a while, you start to feel a bit more familiar with the environment and the city, and then that homey feeling slowly floods in, which I like. —Gwenda van Vliet, Global Marketing Director, VF Corporation

Clear Your Inbox

I tend to work on the plane ride. I use my travel time, may it be a two or three-hour train or plane ride, to really sit down and clear my inbox out. This is to make sure that I have a clear head upon arrival and am ready for my next meeting.
