We offer great opportunities for students and just graduates to gain practice in real business. Every year 70-80 interns start their careers at ME and acquire the skills on how to work in an international organization with great customer service, efficiency and professionalism. In addition to concrete new skills, as an intern you will get to experience the team spirit and the work atmosphere of one of the Best Workplaces in Europe. ME Internship program runs two times a year and is in 5-6 months periods.

Delegate Marketing

Use your excellent customer service and social skills in assisting Event Invitation Team! In this role you support the top level decision makers’ invitation process and update databases and registers.

Event production

Are you interested to know how the business events are organized, what is great customer service, and how to manage not only at the venue, but also the pre -, and post event production ? Join our Production Team!

Finance

Roll up your sleeves and get ready to support our Group Finance Team with e.g. daily financial routines as invoicing and handling purchase invoices. You are also assisting in management reporting.

HR and recruitment

Learn international HR processes, get excellent work experience in recruitment or in administrative personnel management! In your tasks you support the HR specialists in the Group HR team.

ICT

Are you enjoying to work with computers as well as with people? In our IT team you support our Group’s personnel in ICT related questions and in managing the ICT-infrastructure.

Marketing and Sales support

Marketing Team is known for their great visualization abilities, fast service and superior quality! As an intern you get to e.g. create and visualise marketing materials (html, print), update web sites and cooperate with printing houses.

Office

Do you have a million dollar smile and fantastic service skills? We would love to see you in our office team! As an Office Intern you assist with various tasks related to office and customer service.

We offer you the monthly internship salary and also an opportunity to get performance based monetary bonus. We will give you real tasks that are important for the success of our operations. All interns are tutored to their internship tasks at the start of the internship.
